Ms. Rheingans' ringing high voice has always made her performances of the lyric mezzo repertoire noteworthy, particularly in roles such as Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Octavian in Der Rosenkavalier, Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro and Giulietta in Les Contes de Hoffmann.  Recently, Ms. Rheingans has added the roles of Laura in La Gioconda, the Princesse de Bouillon in Adriana Lecouvreur and Meg Page in Falstaff to her repertoire. She has performed with Los Angeles Opera, Bohème Opera New Jersey, Bel Canto Opera of Los Angeles, Delaware Valley Opera Company and Concert Opera Philadelphia, among others.
